Continuous Particulate Monitors

CPM700: CPM 700 series monitors are advanced broken bag detection devices that measure changes in particulates concentration. Using a unique emissions detection technique, CPM 700 series instruments maintain calibration because they remain virtually unaffected by dirty or misaligned optics, or aging light sources. The CPM 700 series particulates detection system provide advanced broken bag detection and prediction as well as monitoring of changes in particulate concentration . This product line features two models, the CPM 700 and the CPM 750. The CPM 700 model excels as a broken bag detector. An alarm is activated when a preset particulates emissions level is exceeded.

CPM750: The CPM 750 model is equipped with a 4-20 mA analog output. This allows the connection to a strip chart recorder, DCS system, or BHA’S in point data acquisition software system to monitor air pollution control performance from a remote location

CPM5001:The Continuous Emissions Monitor is an economical alternative to the CPM5003. It provides many of the same benefits of the CPM 5003 and is designed to provide years of trouble – free service with superior monitoring compared to opacity or triboelectric system. The CPM 5001 is designed for applications that do not require multiple calibration and correlation.CPM 5001 particulate monitor use a pair of sensor mounted to flange that are attached to the point you want to monitor. Insulators are installed between the mounting flanges and the sensors to allow for high gas stream temperatures.The CPM 5001 system includes a microprocessor control unit, transmitter, and receiver. A modulated LED light source is standard. The CPM 5001 is designed so that up to 255 monitoring points can be connected to the operator interface, an industrial hardened computer. Through the operator interface station, the operator can monitor and control all the CPM 5000 series monitors in the system using BHA’S system Monitoring software. The distance between monitoring points can be up to 2 miles (3.2). The CPM 5001 monitor has maintenance alarm to tell you when to clean the lenses. This assures you that the CPM is always operating properly.

CPM5003: The Portable Dust Monitor is BHA’S most advanced particulate emission monitoring system. It is designed to provide year of trouble free service with minimal maintenance. The CPM 5003 provides superior monitoring with many new powerful features. Certain application requires multiple calibration capability. The CPM 5003 can automatically switch between calibration based on changing operating condition or scenarios. The CPM 5003 also offers multiple calibration configurations for application where a simple linear correlation is not sufficient.CPM 5003 particulate monitor use a pair of sensor mounted to flanges that are attached to the point you want to monitor.
